Speaker Bio:
Ricaye serves as the leader of Milliken’s Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) programs. She is responsible for leading the recruiting strategy to promote Milliken as the “Employer of Choice” and ensuring Milliken hires the talent needed for its business strategies and operations. She is also leading Milliken’s efforts to strengthen its inclusive culture. Through Ricaye’s work, Milliken was recognized as one of Forbes Best Employers for Diversity & Inclusion in 2022. The key drivers for the DEI program focus on Hiring, Associate Development/Advancement, Engagement & Retention, Community and Promoting an Inclusive Culture. Ricaye plays a significant DEI leadership role in the community, representing Milliken in engagements with other businesses, government organizations, hospital systems, etc., and is a regular speaker at DEI conferences.
Ricaye graduated from Wofford College with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2005 and received her Master’s in Christian Ministries from North Greenville.
