    Come and join us for a great sesssion with Selina Dominguez, as she covers topics of mental wellness and how we can do things to reduce our stress levels. This will also be our first meeting oof the year, as we go through restructuring for the chapter. Mental wellness is such an important topic, and it's great to hear that Selina will be sharing her expertise. Strive Studio is a wonderful resource for the community. As for the SHRM Chapter restructuring, it's exciting to see new opportunities for involvement.
